SMC is a specialist firm of commercial estate agents and Chartered Surveyors, operating mainly in the South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire areas. In 2012, SMC acquired Hale Saunders, Chartered Surveyors and Martin Saunders joined our team. Martin set up Hale Saunders in 1995 and over the years has built up a loyal client following. The acquisition has meant we can offer a greater level of skill and expertise and have an improved market presence.
