You further agree that You shall not claim, contest or otherwise challenge (e.g., in any legal action or otherwise), or assist or encourage any other person or entity to claim, contest or challenge, the validity of neither any of Zoomcar’s Proprietary Rights nor of the claims made by Zoomcar for such Zoomcar’s Proprietary Rights.
