In 1952 the Dias family began work in Brazil laying the foundation for what would become a successful cement business, Cimento Portland Cauê. In 1976, Concreto Supermix™ was founded with 1 batch plant and 10 mixer trucks in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. Today Concreto Supermix operates 120+ batch plants, 2000+ concrete mixer trucks, 300+ concrete pump trucks, and employs 3000+ people across 23 states in Brazil. In 1989 the Dias family expanded to the United States and founded Central Concrete Supermix™ with 2 batch plants and 22 trucks in Miami, Florida. Today, Central Concrete Supermix operates 17 locations, 21 batch plants, and over 150 trucks in the State of Florida. In 2006 Superblock™ a fully automated concrete masonry block factory was inaugurated in Medley, Florida. Central Concrete Supermix, Inc. has developed a tradition of the “On-Time Concrete Company” and has taken pride in that moniker.

Supermix is an active member in the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association and the Florida Concrete and Products Association, having been awarded numerous awards for service, quality, and responsible environmental practices.
