Bei uns gibt es fast alles, was das Herz begehrt. Bei uns ist noch alles Handarbeit, wir hobeln die Spätzle frisch, kochen und backen alles selbst!
Von den traditionellen Gerichten, wie "Kässpätzle", "Linsen und Spätzle" oder "Krautspätzle", bis hin zu "Parmesanspätzle auf Rucolasalat mit Cherrytomaten und Pinienkernen" findet wirklich jeder Gast sein Lieblingsgericht.
Alle tierischen Produkte beziehen wir aus biologischer und nachhaltiger Landwirtschaft (Demeter/Bioland).
